Deacon Leadership
Paul Mayton
Currently, serving as chairman of Middle Creek’s team of deacons Paul has served the MCBC community in the role of deacon for several decades. Paul and his wife, Marjorie, enjoy spending time with their two children: Paul T (Carrie) and PJ, and three granddaughters. A life long resident of Coalfield Paul serves the MCBC community of faith as a strong steward of finance and vast relationally connection to the surrounding community.
Mike Jones
Having the longest current tenure on the MCBC team of deacons Mike Jones serves with a strong sense of physical stewardship along with a vast knowledge of the historical spiritual trends within the MCBC community. Mike also is in a unique position as being a leader within a church his son now Pastors. Mike and his wife Ann have two children: Corey (Laura) and Anthony (Lindsey) and 4 grandchildren.
Tim Hines
Tim serves not only the church but also plays a pivotal role in the local school. His consistency in leadership combines a strong passion to see the dark of this world eternally changed through Christ while filling core roles for both his family and community. Tim and his wife Carmen have two sons: Cole and Noah.
Daniel Moore
As the youngest member of MCBC’s leadership team Daniel possesses an infectious genuineness in relating God’s grace through Christ in the local church. His unique East Tennessee vernacular combined with his natural outgoing persona aid the ministry of MCBC greatly. Daniel and his wife Kaylee have three children: Rylan, Briar, & Ira
